Leading 2 Win 2026
The 4th Annual Summit centers on one day — Friday, September 11, the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 — when service members, veterans, military families, employers and civilian allies fill STATION Austin for keynotes, workshops and the Career & Resource Fair. Three community events surround it: the Gold Star Families Reception on Thursday, game day on Saturday, and the 9/11 Heroes Run on Sunday.

Career & Resource Fair
Join us on the exhibit floor at the 4th Annual Leading 2 Win Summit. We anticipate hosting close to four hundred Veterans, active duty service members, military spouses and family members, industry leaders, and civilian allies on Friday, September 11 at STATION Austin, with community events across the weekend on either side of it.
This year we are also honoring the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and celebrating the 250th anniversary of the founding of our great nation.
Every fair participant receives a 6 ft table, two chairs, a black tablecloth, and two (2) General Admission tickets including continental breakfast, lunch, and happy hour.
Space is limited and tables go first come, first served. Fill in the form, pay, and your table is confirmed on the spot — there is no waiting on an approval email. We still review the floor afterwards so it serves the people attending: if an organization isn’t the right fit we will say so and refund the fee in full.
| Type of Organization | Rate — through 9/11 |
|---|---|
| Nonprofit, government, educational or VSO | $75.00 |
| For-Profit Company | $150.00 |
Early-bird pricing closed on August 18. These are the rates checkout will charge.
Already a sponsor at Camo level or above? Your table is included — fill in the form below and select your sponsorship level. There is nothing to pay; we will match it to your sponsorship and confirm your table by email. Not a sponsor yet? Camo has sold out, but Bronze and above still include a table alongside their other benefits.
For other sponsorship opportunities, including co-creating a workshop or sending an SME or speaker, contact Joseph Kopser at joseph@leading2win.org.
